Your privacy is important to us (Yancey, LLC, and its subsidiaries) and its affiliates and partners. We have developed this Privacy Policy to explain who we are and what information we collect from our customers. We may collect information such as occupation, language, zip code, area code, unique device identifier, location, and the time zone where a product is used so that we can better understand customer behavior and improve our products, services, and advertising.

Our goal in these cases is to make your experience with us more convenient and personal. For example, knowing your first name lets us welcome you the next time you visit our website. Knowing your country and language helps us provide a customized and more useful educational experience.

Some browsers have a “do not track” feature that allows you to tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. We currently do not respond to browser “do not track” signals, but we do provide you the option to opt out of advertising.

Doing so protects the confidentiality of your personal information while it’s transmitted over the Internet.

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to these terms will be subject to mediation in the State of Utah. If any of these terms of use are found unlawful, void, or for is any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining terms of use, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
